同程艺龙宣布更名为同程旅行
12月15日，同程艺龙发布公告，更改公司名称、股份简称及公司LOGO。公司的中英文名称由“Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Limited 同程艺龙控股有限公司”更改为“Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited同程旅行控股有限公司”，公司中英文股份简称将分别更改为“TONGCHENGTRAVEL”和“同程旅行”，公司LOGO也进行相应更改。公司股票代码保持不变。

8月25日，同程艺龙发布公告称，董事会建议将公司英文名称及双语中文名称分别由“Tongcheng-ElongHoldings Limited同程艺龙控股有限公司”更改为“Tongcheng Travel HoldingsLimited同程旅行控股有限公司”。更改公司名称须待股东及开曼群岛公司注册处处长批准后方可作实。
